It's a great, fast and very convenient way to file your taxes! Especially if you prefer filing your taxes on your own.
What's great about it: It's fast and easy!
What's not so great: The fees for filing the refund are a little high.

W2 questions

as I was ready to submit, I got these messages that I need to fill in W2 employer and zip code with out any recourse but to dummy them in since I had no W2's
What's great about it: Was good as I've used trubo for years
What's not so great: got stuck at end with need to fill in info about W2

What's great about it: The help from the program and other suggestions
What's not so great: Needing to go back at the last minute and change items after already being checked a couple times.

Team Turbo Rocks the House

Very satisfied this year. No more struggle with updates, filing fees and limited user access. Nice job. Will stay with the Team Turbo again next year. Thanks guys!
What's great about it: Much easier to use than last year - more user friendly. The return of the free filing is nice too. 'bout time.
What's not so great: Pretty darn pleased all the way around.

Filing Made Easy

Turbo Tax has always been very easy to use. I have used for the past 10 years or more. I feel very confident with the program. It guides me through each area with ease. I found it a little more difficult to find the answer to my question whereas I was able to satisfy somewhat better with the chat feature.
What's great about it: Always informative and thorough
What's not so great: I miss the chat feature with tax professionals
