So Easy, So Fast, So reliable

I've been using TurboTax for a few years now. It's so very easy and fast and reliable. All the questions guide you through step by step, it's like having a tax preparer right in front of you. Turbotax is great.
What's great about it: Very easy
What's not so great: None
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

The reqirement to use multiple entries is for same fund could be handled better for mutual funds whose income is from "multiple states" by asking amount (or percentage) that is not taxable at the state level.
What's great about it: Carry over tax form info from previous year.
What's not so great: Handling of mutual fund investment income that is not taxable in state. See review

After 20 years it still works

I did taxes before turbo by hand and didn't understand all what I was doing. I still don't ! but I have confidence that you do. So I just enter the numbers and answer the questions and go on.

So Easy

I have been using TurboTax for a number of years to file my Federal and State taxes and love how the step-by-step program covers every situation I needed it to. TurboTax lets me file with a minimum of stress and I'm confident that nothing was missed. Until something better comes along, I will be using TurboTax every year. Thank you TurboTax!
What's great about it: Made filing my taxes easy and relatively stress free!

2012 edition is great

The Federal return process is great and very straightforward. The help screens are excellent.
My state is clunky by comparison and it lacks the thorough detail in help screens. It's still far better than doing the paper forms, but I do find myself looking things up online for clarification.
What's great about it: Federal filing filing is easy
What's not so great: State isn't as seamless

No Federal Refund

This program is so user friendly and simple. I like the way one can start and stop at any time during preparation. The program will let you start over or begin where you left off. It checks for errors and gives you suggestions for deductions. I rechecks you return and gives you feedback on possibility of an audit. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and am able to go back to previous returns. I am always letting others know how wonderful and inexpensive this program is to operate. I will continue to use it.

Always the best

I have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years and love the ease of being able to do my own taxes from the comfort of my home. If I need to double check on something, I can save and come back to where I left off and continue my return.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
