turbo tax user for many years keeps getting easier year after year no flaws or errors as of yet

I find that the Easy Guide choice helps me through all the questions and options that could be applicable to my tax situation.... Straightforward questions with the option to get more info if needed.

Even I Can DO IT!

Having used Turbo Tax in the prior year made this return much easier to navigate because the needed information for most items was automatically transfered when applicable. Not being an expert on either computers or taxes I find Turbotax easy to navigate and understand and this is reassuring.
What's great about it: I liked the fact that it seems intuitive and would redirect me easily if I had to review something

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years. It is very user friendly and walks you through each process step by step. I will never use anything but Turbo Tax and I recommend it to everyone!!!!

Makes filing taxes easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for YEARS! This year my taxes were complicated and I was not sure that I could complete them myself. I gave it a try. This year we moved to another state, with my husband moving 5 months prior to my move. Therefore, I had to file part year resident in two states. Turbo Tax stepped me through that process and I am confident I completed the 92 pages of taxes forms (federal and two states) accurately. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Takes complicated taxes laws and makes it easy to understand what to enter and file.
What's not so great: Some questions are double negatives, so not easy to understand what they are asking for.

Great program if you understand the language re IRA withdrawal. I put in a question but did not receive an answer at all (2 hours)
