Great product !! Easy to Use!!!

I know that when i use Turbo Tax, my taxes are correct!! Very easy to use. I have used it for years. If you do your own taxes, this is the program for you.
What's great about it: Easy to use, a complete package for doing your taxes!!!!

Smoother than last year

The 2012 Deluxe version worked smoother than last year, importing data and putting numbers in the right places on the right forms.
The Guide Me user interface continues to be overly simplistic. Lots of wasted space where there could be a more organized professional snapshot of what is going on.
Annoying request to Keep Up to Date appears each time the program is opened - this should appear ONE time and then never again.
Now that many average investors receive K-1's from their ETF's, etc., the data entry process for form 1065 could be improved a bit. This schedule is not intuitive and neither is the TT entry process.
Exellent features are saving the return in .pdf form, and only printing the forms that are needed. Very good overall performance.
What's great about it: Everything got done
What's not so great: Simplistic interface

Super Simple

I have used Turbo Tax for filing my taxes for at least 8 years. I am totally satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone with a computer.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand and tax help is available for questions
What's not so great: There was nothing I considered to be a problem

Great Value

I have used TurboTax for many years now and will continue to do so. It's easy and fast and gets the job done for a reasonable amount of money. The only complaint I have is that when I did have a question, the online chat feature took a long time. I typed in my question and sent and had to wait for a rep to respond. When she did respond, it wasn't her area of expertise so she transferred me to a tax agent. It took another hour for this person to respond. Once he did; I gave him my phone # and he called me and walked me through my questions. He was very helpful.
What's great about it: Inexpensive, efficient way to file your tax return
What's not so great: If you have more complicated returns, help is not always readily available.

I've been using turbo tax for my tax returns the last 3 years and couldn't be happier with the results. its fast and simple. inputting w-2 info is super simple and streamlined. I've now got my parents and siblings using it as well!
