Always dependable!

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2007 and I feel confident knowing my taxes are done right and not costing me a lot of money. The explanations are very detailed and easy to understand.

There used to be help via clicking on a voice, etc.
What's great about it: Saves the cost of a tax preparer
What's not so great: I think there is less help each year instead of more

Turbo Tax Review

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. I am always impressed with it's capability of incorporating all the new tax laws and keeping the program and help topics up to date. No matter how my tax situations have changed from year to year, Turbo Tax has always guided me through with ease. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is interested in tackling their own tax filing.
What's great about it: I love the flexibility of Turbo Tax, the menu's gently guide your through or let you explore on your own.

Too complicated for same s3x married couples!

For same s3x married couples, there are a lot of extra rules and paperwork. This is not TurboTax's fault, of course; however, trying to figure out what to do was very difficult. Everything else about TurboTax is step-by-step easy. This part of it was a nightmare. You need to improve your software to take care of this as well as you take care of everything else. Step up to the plate, TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy to enter information
What's not so great: The extra paperwork required was not as step-by step as advertised

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and the product keeps getting better and better. This year was the easiest. All my questions were answered and help was in the right place.

What a relief!

You don't have to be an accountant to use TurboTax. Simply answer the questions, fill in the blanks and you're done! The only glitches I discovered were a couple of questions in the State review that seems like they could have been pulled from the Federal. It was easy enough though to pull up the "forms" view and fill in the missing amounts. I love TurboTax--have used it for many years!

Love Turbo Tax

I have been using TT for about 5 years or maybe even longer, and couldn't be happier. I will use this every year for the rest of my life, because it is so easy and guides you through the difficult task of doing taxes with very simplictic instructions...It is great, and would recommend to everyone!
What's great about it: Love how simple it is!
