Very Easy From Year to Year

I love the ease of Turbo Tax, however it is unfortunate how much they charge to obtain a 2nd State. I had to pay almost as much as the original product. Seems a little outrageous.
What's great about it: Great that everything gets imported from previous year
What's not so great: Cost for 2nd State is almost as expensive as buying the entire product again

Mom has always gone through a CPA. For a SSI recipient this was a bit over the top, costly and took too much time. Than you Turbo...

Have always used in the past and things sort of changed with our tax forms and trying to enter proper entries on code 3 pension and that was not a taxable ,had trouble in explanation and entries to use .Overall a good experience I help my kids also doing taxes, however HSA and other entries were a little confusing too.

i have used Turbo Tax for many years and am 100% pleased. Easy to follow and also easy to go back to review or edit work already done. REALLY like the "estimate" feature, which identifies an item I must come back to complete.
What's great about it: Easy to complete. Intuitive
