Turbo Tax the greatest

It used to take me hours and sometimes days to get my taxes done. Now it takes me no more than an hour. Turbo Tax totally puts my mind at ease and the tax task out of the way. Absolutely love it.
What's great about it: Very simple to follow.
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I had all my forms in place and the instructions were fairly easy to follow. I liked that I didn't have to enter addresses and such for donations. I was frustrated because I don't think the software took into account Michigan's tax rates for retirees. We were told that neither one of us would have to pay taxes for our Michigan pension because we were filing jointly and I'm 73 and therefore exempt. But the paperwork shows that taxes were taken out of my wife's pension. I asked question about it and got no answer.
What's great about it: Instructions fairly easy to follow
What's not so great: Hard to get expedient answer to question

Took some time to input the info, all in all it was worth it. Also made filing my state return easy. Usually go through the state's website to file, but that was a fiasco to say the least. Thanks Turbo Tax !!!

I have used this for five years now and will not use anything else. Used to pay over 100 dollars to have my taxes done. Never again . Turbo Tax is Fast , Easy and very reliable! I highly recommend using it !
