great way to file

I keep coming back to Turbo Tax each year to do my work for me!
What's great about it: lots of detailed help; knows all the rules and regs--and ways to get what's coming to you
What's not so great: the "help needed" section wasn't that helpful. I needed to ask questions about certain parts that were unclear

Every year my daughter and I give each other a Turbo Tax for Christmas.
She gets Federal and State, I get Federal
What's great about it: Clear, easy to read screens
What's not so great: Difficult to back track to fix errors while in the process.

Turbo Tax is super easy to use. The questions guide you through the process and if you have the required paperwork, it only takes a few hours. I appreciate the examples and the hints about "uncommon" situations. We started using Turbo Tax in 2007 and it just keeps getting easier and better each year.
What's great about it: Super easy, quick, audit meter

I have only ever used Turbotax for my taxes and it goes smoothly each year. Some years I have had tricky situations with my investments and the program has guided me through without a hitch. I love that my old returns are imported right away and in subsequent years I do not have to re-enter basic info. I am picky but have no negatives about Turbotax.

I like Turbo Tax and have used it for years. It saves me a lot of time and gives me confidence that my file is correct.
What's great about it: Transfer of last year's info
What's not so great: Scrolling to the bottom of the page to continue.
