Love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for yearsand have never had a problem. I would not attempt to do my taxes without it.

This is the fourth time that I have used Turbo Tax, and I will continue to use it for the reasons outlined above.
What's great about it: The ease of filling out the forms, The ease of calculation. The prompts for information.
What's not so great: Long boot time.

Complete and systematically organized

I have used TurboTax for many years. It has improved with time. So far it has completely handled my returns. I wish there was a searchable help for finding answers to questions that occur during the information gathering process.
What's great about it: Step by step approach and the current tax/refund display
What's not so great: Lack of transparent reasons for steps that eplain why and how entered data will be processed and used

It's as good as it gets I think. It always freezes when I pay my federal taxes. Same place every year. At that point I'm always afraid of losing everything. I will continue to use it because I like the way it pulls information forward from previous years so I don't have to type everything in again. Guess you can tell I HATE TAX PREPARATION!
