Nice Surpise at the End!

Overall, using Turbo Tax helps me feel that I have submitted and accurate tax return and have included everything required.
What's great about it: Great step by step
What's not so great: Medical expenses seem to have overlapping categories, for example, physical therapy fees may be billed by a hospital.

Have been usuing Turbo Tax for years, both now, that i am retired, and when I was in private practice. NEVER had to use an accountant, even though my son in law is a CPA, as Turbo Tax makes the whole process VERY easy.
What's great about it: extremely user friendly
What's not so great: keeps pushing to upgrade

About as Expected

I've used Turbotax for more than ten years and by now I know what to expect . If you've used it before it's good that your personal data is filled in automatically. However this doesn't apply to sections of the return that we don't use, such as child care expenses, etc. so we have to keep 'paging" through these areas year after year.
We're retired now and it may be simpler to simply make a spreadsheet and do our necessary calculations there.
What's great about it: It's simple to follow for people who need help.
What's not so great: It's not as easy as it could be if your tax return is simple.

I've always used this product. It is so simple and when I had questions someone from Turbo tax called me back at home to help me. Crazy cool!
