Ease in use, directions and extremely fulfilling experience in answering and guiding one through the tax filing maze. Really lives up to its mo of getting you all the refund you deserve.

I have used Turbotax for several years and find it to be an easy and accurate way to execute my tax returns. The question and answer methodology is user friendly and simplifies the entries.

Turbo Tax is reliable and I have used it for many years. Outside of my computer crash last year, it is able to use last years information and speed up my return.
What's great about it: The walk though questions
What's not so great: It's taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The standard inputs are good. But if you have a special problem or concerns such as IRAs, details are mor difficult to find.
What's great about it: Good Math calculations

Turbo Tax 2012 Review

I thoroughly enjoyed the Turbo Tax application. Usability features were well thought out, easy to follow, and I did not encounter any application glitches.
One minor incident occurred when I tried to bypass filing a state return. My state, Florida, does not require a state return, however the application did not initially allow me to ignore filing a state return. I finally got around it by backing up thru a few screens then walked forward some screens.
