Does the Job

This makes my taxes a snap, good at k-1's, Brokerage info auto download is great makes entry easy. Have used for years and never had a problem.
What's great about it: Handled K-1's easy, Brokerage info download feature is great

Everything went quick and easy until we tried to e-file state. It told us our payment session had timed out. We called customer service and they were very helpful.
What's great about it: Quick , easy, painless
What's not so great: Difficulty paying State online.

Quick and Easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and every year it gets easier. I was able to complete and fill my forms in less than in hour.
What's great about it: Very simple instructions to follow, easy guides are great!
What's not so great: Cancelling a section that is partially filled out should clear the data.

Very user friendly, logical order which makes getting organized for the information needed easy to do. Very robust. I have used Turbotax for years and will continue to do so - it supports you step by step through the process.
What's great about it: Lots of help options if you want more information, ability to flag and revisit information, carries forward information
What's not so great: Nothing I don't like - I'm relieved to get the job done with TurboTax help!

Enjoy working with an old friend

I have used Turbo Tax since 2002 and see not reason that relationship will not continue as long as I am filing tax returns.
What's great about it: Like the continuity between years and ease of reviewing all options
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
