not nervious anymore

I am always nervious about filling out anything that is going to the IRS, just because I feel if my t's aren't crossed or my i's aren't dotted I will be in trouble but its like turbo tax is holding my hand and telling me it's going to be alright and your not alone and I actually feel confident in doing my own taxes and thats a great feeling.Thanks

I have used Turbo tax for at least 12 years or more. It does go smoothly on the prep and send side.
What's great about it: Quick and easy. Done in less than 2 hours.
What's not so great: no cons really.

Totally saved my Tears

I needed help, and bad, so I called Turbo Tax Customer Service and was Given an Actual CPA and they stayed on the phone with me and walked me through it step by step all the way. And that was great!

Old Reliable

I have used Turbo Tax for fifteen years. I trust it. My wife made me go to a tax person one year and they came up with same results I did. I truly trust Turbo Tax and will probably use it the rest of my life.
What's great about it: Walks you through an interview.
What's not so great: I still had to pay state

Easy To Use

I've used Turbo Tax for many years now and the 2012 download version was easy to setup on my Windows 7 and simple to navigate the federal and state tax items. I just wish I didn't owe taxes, but I can clearly see I was taking too many deductions in my W-4. Better luck next year.

Excellent Software and Phone Support

I have used Turbo Tax software for years. We moved last year and Turbo Tax walked us thorugh step by step and whenever needed we got in touch with their phone support and that was great too.
What's great about it: Excellent software advise and timely phone response.
What's not so great: Did not like that they charge for efiling state taxes
