Another year gone!

Once I got the program up and running again...everything was a piece of cake! I've been using TurboTax now for 5 years...will continue to use it! Thanks!
What's great about it: Simple as usual
What's not so great: Program froze up...spent 1 1/2 hour waiting to "chat" on line...busy time of the year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I find it hard to believe that I had to list multiple gambling w2-g for the same casino. There has to be an easier way
Also I made an error listing a 1099 Interest and had an impossible time correcting it.. Need a simpler way to show interest earned and changing it when necessary. Did not understand the message.

THERE ARE MANY TAX PREP SOFTWARE PACKAGES OUT THERE NOW BUT SINCE I HAVE BEEN USING TURBOTAX FOR YEARS I HAVE NO REASON TO SWITCH. LOVE IMPORTING DATA FROM LAST YEAR AND TRUSE THE FINAL PRODUCT

If you keep doing your taxes with Turbo Tax, it auto-fills from the previous year's returns. This saves so much time.

Turbo tax incorrectly reflected data imported from Vanguard for capital gains and it was impossible to correct on the forms in Turbo Tax. Had to manually enter 10 transactions on the 8949. Results from 8949 don't match schedule D for this category. Awful.
Difficult to file Fed by paper and state electronically.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use
What's not so great: Processing integrity
