Easiest return yet.

I have used Turbo Tax before and I still had several days of work even though my returns have not been very complicated over the last few years.
This year, although I kept putting it off, I finished in record time. Had I not lost a piece of paper I could have been done in less than a day.
Most of my time was spent on looking for papers which I seem to do every year anyway.
This was my easiest year for taxes.

What's great about it: quick, easy and leads you through the process.

I used another Brandname product last year, it was extremely confusing. It did the job, but, not with the ease and confidence I had when I finished using the Turbo Tax. I am totally satisfied with your product! I will absolutely use Turbo Tax every year! Thank you!
What's great about it: super simple, made a complicated task extremely easy!

Great Stuff!!

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2006 and it's the best ever. I have my own small business, and children with special needs that require extensive medical bills. Turbo Tax has always made filing a snap, getting me the largest possible deductions with guaranteed results. Everyone should use this.
What's great about it: Easy..

Easy to use

I have been using this software for years its easy to use and you can transfer all your information from the previous year. electronic federal filing is included.
What's great about it: Transfer information from previous years, review return, electronic filing included.
What's not so great: Problem with Mn software

Frustrated

My biggest complaint is that I cannot go back and edit an item without reanswering a long series of questions. I'm also a retiree without any business income, but this year TurboTax insisted I had to have a Schedule C (business income and expenses) before it would allow me to e-file. I had to call TurboTax and have them delete the Schedule C for me, since I couldn't figure out how to do it o my own.
What's great about it: Questions are mostly easy to follow
What's not so great: If you have to change an item, you have to go through all the questions about it again.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have been using it for years! It is so much quicker and less expensive that going to a professional. Also accurate.

Excellent product

It was not clear where to enter the response to the error review. A blank was provided at the top after the question, but a pink box was also highlighted - confusing.
What's great about it: questions are easy to answer and additional help is available at almost every step
What's not so great: the error review process is difficult to follow

2013 turbo tax

I have been using turbo tax for the past 10 years and love love love it. Highly recommend and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: mini audit and checks for errors. quick and easy to use. very helpful
What's not so great: won't import my quicken because it's 2 years old even though i update it regularly
