Consistently great UI experience

I've been an Intuit fan for 2 decades! Like Quicken, TurboTax provides an intuitive and logical user interface that is unsurpassed! I have full confidence in the accuracy of the calculations and tax form updates!

Have used Turbo Tax for years and plan to continue using. My biggest issue this year is that when I opened Turbo Tax and said Continue it often took me back to the beginning instead of the place I left off.
What's great about it: Importing of last years data
What's not so great: Didn't print the bottom of some pages
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using turbo tax for a number of years. I have found it to be accurate and very easy to use. I once had my taxes reviewed by an accountant because I thought there wasw a error. He redid my taxes that year and found no errors and got the sae exact figues and said I was doing just fine with Turbo Tax. I have continued sinse then and have no problems. Just organize your paperwork and follow the easy guide andyou are good to go.

I have been using turbo tax since 2004, it has changed with me from being single to marriage, owning a home, having children and now owning two businesses. It has adapted to my needs as my life has changed.
What's great about it: Step by Step
What's not so great: timely
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

the questions that were asked and how they were explained took me by complete surprise. i thought the explanations would be confusing but they weren't. at any level you would have understood if this deduction was meant for your situation.

Happy with TurboTax

Have used TurboTax for a number of years and been quite happy with it. On some of the arcane issues, the instructions/questions are vague or ambiguous but I've been able to get through it. For example, on capital gains transactions the program doesn't alert the user to the absence of key (presumably) imported information such as cost basis. This necessitates some vigilance to ensure that the program has all data necessary to correctly compute gain/loss.
What's great about it: Generally intuitive and easy to use
What's not so great: Some instructions on specific issues a bit confusing

Eased the Pain of Tax Payments

Great product that I've used with consistent quality results for over 10 years and countung
What's great about it: Clear and concise guidance throuigh a diificult and complicate dprocess
What's not so great: Too much too print - more of an IRS issue than with Turbo Tax
