We have used TurboTax for many years. We like how easy it is to use, and feel very comfortable that the program has helped us find maximum deductions and provides us with the comfort that our return is accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: No real cons as far as we're concerned

Anika Comes Through

Using Turbo Tax is very easy especially if you have all of your documents together. If you don't you can always come back to areas that are incomplete. I had an error on one of my forms that prevented it from e-filing, took some time to resolve (2 hours+) but Anika was able to find the error and help me fix it.
I have been using TT for over 5 years and will continue to do so in the future.

What's great about it: My fault, I had an error, 2nd person I called was able to find it.
What's not so great: Spent an hour total on hold waiting for help, first person could not solve problem.

Used Turbotax for 10 years and have been comfortable with its operation.Always good reminders and prompts.
What's great about it: fast and easy
What's not so great: sometimes a bit confusing retrieving old records
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Tax Experience

Turbo Tax is so simple to use and user friendly that even a novice would be able to work with the basic forms as the questionairre does most of the work for you. Especially for the people that only use the basic 1040 forms this is perfect. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and I plan to continue using Turbo Tax software in the future. I have had great experiences using this program for filing my taxes as well as those for my family.
What's great about it: Quick and easy with automatic deductions and reviews!
What's not so great: I had to do it! Although it is simple I still had to do the work and take the time to put it together.
