Needs a Little Work

I missed not being able to make a CD backup of this program at the end of doing my taxes. What happened to this feature from the previous years.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Screen should have adjustable fonts

Quick and Easy

The "interview like" question and answer style of data entry along with a logical flow from one section to the next made filling out the forms very easy. I liked the way a section would start with logical questions to guide you to the appropriatte forms, rather than making you wade through numerous unneeded forms just to see if they applied. Then finaly, when time to file, the e-file process was simple and easy... and I didn't even have to drive to the post office!
What's great about it: Simple question and answer approach - e-file was a breeze

ease of use

I felt that the tax experience this year was smooth. I entered my information that was time consuming however, once the physically challenging part was done I was finished in a timely manner. Any questions I had were answered fairly quickly (within a day)
What's great about it: even I can use Turbo tax without confusion
What's not so great: entering some information can be tedious (but necessary)

Quick & Easy

I received retirement pension, and Turbotax entered the pension amount on line 15b of Form 1040 rather than line 16b of Form 1040. Based on the word description on line 16b, I believe this was incorrect, but I could not get the program to change it. Consequently, I filed my return as Turbotax filled in the form. I hope this was correct!
What's great about it: Took only a few hours
What's not so great: Specific question could not find answer

A few years ago after my separation of spouse, yes, my divorce...I had to grow up fast! You see...my spouse always handled the taxes, filling , gathering all the supporting documents. I was sacred to death the first time I file alone. Turbo-tax Deluxe has given me confidence year after year..." I Can Do This! "
