This is the tenth year I have use Trubotax and I am completely satisfied it walks you through you home and business issues so that you get the most for your buck

Fast & Accurate!

I have total peace of mind when I use Turbo Tax - filing both my Federal and all State forms easily and accurately. I have been filing this way for 8 years with no problems whatsoever.
What's great about it: NO errors allowed, all calculations accurate, lots of details and info support, ask the expert! You cannot beat Turbo !
What's not so great: None that I am aware of in 8 years using Turbo Tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I Look forword to Tax Time with Turbo

The simple "answer " questions & the REVIEW of Completion prior to Printing / Filing makes the Process of Self Filing a Pleasue as opposed to old way of Frustration, and Doubt as to if I Prepared Return accurately & completely.
What's great about it: The Ease of Completing a Return
What's not so great: At this Point after using Turbo for few yrs--No Cons

Fast and Easy

Waited until I got back from a overseas trip and knocked out my taxes in a couple hours just after my return. Saved myself hundreds of $$ doing it with turbotax
What's great about it: time, do it at home on your time, easy refund processing
What's not so great: lack of one on one advise

Wouldlike to see the forms as appear on paper
What's great about it: uploads company W2
What's not so great: More cumbersome each year

Reliable and Easy

I use TurboTax for my own and my adult daughters' returns. The flexibility is fantastic. Since I work in several states, I really appreciate the download of W2 and the ability to auto populate several states.
What's great about it: The guided questions are great when something changes and I appreciate the ability to choose not to go through them all.
What's not so great: none

Printing

Seems like I used to print from the regular TT file in past years. This time the TT had me save as a PDF file and print from it. Was a little confusing till I figured it out. Maybe there is a value to printing from PDF and having the file saved as such but I don't know why the extra step was required. Maybe because it can't be changed once saved?
What's great about it: It works
What's not so great: I had to save as PDF file to print, why?
