Very simple to use!

Great product! I would totally recommend to all my friends and family
What's great about it: Everything was laid out correctly and the itemizing was easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Smooth sailing over rought tax waters

This year was probably my most challenging tax year. I had real estate sales, retirement withdrawls, roll overs, job changes, and a few other life change and tax impacting moments. I was worried that Turbo Tax wouldnt be able to handle it and that i might have to seek a tax professional. To my surprise, Turbo Tax guided me through it all. I was worried that i would be paying a lot in taxes. To my surprise, i got a refund. I love Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy walk through guide
What's not so great: requires some manual research on certain boxes, definitions not always clear cut
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

IT WAS VERY EASY TO USE AND GOT ME A LARGER REFUND THAN WHEN I DID IT MYSELF AND EFILE IS GREAT.
What's great about it: LEADS YOU RIGHT ALONG
What's not so great: TAKES, ME PERSONALY, AWHILE TO DO BECAUSE I TYPE SLOW

I've used TurboTax through all my transitioning years. From single, through my married/kids years, to my senior years. It has never let me down.

Money well spent

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years, and have never been disappointed. Instructions are easy to follow in the Interview format. I appreciate the program looking up my information from previous returns so I don't have to retype header information on my 1099's. The review and audit check are helpful. Treatment of my Hawaii state return was less helpful in that TT did not know that retirement income is tax exempt in this state, so I had to answer questions on this subject.
What's great about it: Looked up carryover credits from last year
What's not so great: Did not transfer all the information from my investment company
