"Relief"

For three weeks after completing my taxes in turbotax I was not able to e-file. I had tried reading what problems other's were having, but none seem to match mind. I started to call this week, long waits and many agents later I finally got a gem of a agent who took my problem on to the end.. E-File Thanks, Turbo Tax for having Technical Support Staff, that is willing to stick with a problem until it is solved.

What's great about it: The relief of knowing you have e-filed.
What's not so great: I have a new computer an a new browser, too much for an" non-tech."

Quick and easy

I used MacInTax in the past and loved it, so I figured this would be just as good. It was better!
What's great about it: detailed questions, painless, thorough, fast
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast refund

Overall I think TT is great, I've used it for the past few years and will likely continue to do so. I'm no expert but this is relatively easy for anyone that can follow directions.
What's great about it: refunds are deposited fast
What's not so great: a little complicated

All is Well

All went well with getting it done. I spent a few hours getting everything ready. Now I can rest. I enjoy how TT is able to obtain my info from previous year's taxes. Also TT is able to obtain info from financial institutions with whom I have interest amounts to report. This makes the tasks easier.

Had trouble but made it through

I have also raved about Turbo Tax and that I could do my own taxes but this year I had trouble with the Sales Tax update field. I could not get it to open. After some difficulty, I finally opened the Explore On Your On button and added my own sales tax records. It certainly made a difference when I could add together the sales tax from my new car, the remodeling project and from my Visa card. It certainly helped bring my taxes down when I reentered my updated sales tax.Fun to see those numbers go backwards on how I owed.
What's great about it: been using Turbo TAx for several years and had no problems, started when I was 65, also I am not a computer whiz
What's not so great: this year I could not get the Sales tax field to come up, also could not get help from support
Pros: I bought or sold investments
