Rocketed my Refund

The more complex the return, the greater the need for context sensative help. For example, several of my deductions reference the AGI which is calculated in turbotax However, for such situations it would be helpful to display it so you don't have to go back and forth while looking at the help.
What's great about it: Quick, relatively Clear
What's not so great: "Learn More" not necessarily context sensative

Taxes

Turbo Tax is a very easy and convenient way to prepare taxes. If you make a questionable entry it will ask you if your entry is correct or a mistake. It Turbo Tax was a person I would buy it a dinner and a movie for the easy of tax preparation. And with Audit Guard I have a piece of mind that Turbo Tax will be there if I am audited. Great product.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, very helpful.

Hard to Beat

TurboTax has eliminated alot of the hassles that used to accompany tax time.
What's great about it: The interview questions are clear and specific
What's not so great: I had a little problem eliminating an extra tax form but telephone support eliminated the problem

after entering all info for income the income summary came up and showed my retirement rollover as income even thought it did not change my tax amount I was worried it was adding to my adjusted gross income. I did not find out until i reviewed my return to see my adjusted gross income. Since i am dealing with financial aid I was paniced.
What's great about it: most imput was staright forward
What's not so great: had issues with retirement plan rollover

great software

overall, it is a very easy to use software, maximizing deductions. it covers all areas, so you wouldn't need to think if you left anything out.
What's great about it: easy to use and they cover every area for the best refund possible
What's not so great: didn't have all the answers to my questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Gives step by step instructions of every deduction/credit you can think of. Really convenient to use.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, step by step instructions
What's not so great: None
