Easy Peasy!!

I really like to use turbo tax. I never miss an item and am often reminded of things I might not consider! It is a great program and I will use it as long as it is available!!
What's great about it: So helpful the way it goes through every item, I never doubt if I have missed something!
What's not so great: no cons for me!!

Easy to fill out

Needs to address all foreign taxes identified yet not withheld. Needs to have a box to show this.
What's great about it: Asks the right questions including foreign accounts
What's not so great: Foreign banks send tax forms but sometime don't hold back taxes yet there isn't a box for that so you call it US taxes

Quick & Easy

for preparation, very easy to use and straightforward. It becomes complex with the e-filing and the individual state filing costs etc

Easy as pie refund!!

I love the program. I have been using it for years and will continue to use for years to come. The only thing is that I wanted a little more information on what educators can deduct and also ministerial staff who work as ministers at a church (if any).
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step proceedures
What's not so great: Needed more information for educators and ministerial staff/clergy

Simplfied My RMD

I like turgo tax. I have used it since it came on the market and will continue to use it. The required task of filing federal and state incme taxes use to require at least one complete week end to complete. That task now requires 2 to 4 hours with the knowledge that all the forms are completed correctly.
What's great about it: The import of past return info and wage info and have the proper forms completed
What's not so great: Some questions are can be a little ambigious as to the exact info being ask for.

Turbo Tax first time 2013

Overal my experience with Turbo Tax was excellent, all my questions were answered, just took a bit to get to the right people when chatting online. I would definitely use Turbo Tax next year, and recommend to a friend or family.
What's great about it: very detailed, good at user friendly, good customer service
What's not so great: Online questions wait was long, little more detail on some explanations

Getting Refunds After All

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I think this was the best version ever.
Scared me when the first info was entered. Program indicated I owed tax. However, when we finished; I have a refund!
What's great about it: Steps were explained and easy to follow; e-filing was especially easy.
What's not so great: The constantly running updater program slowed down my computer.
