What's great about it: Walk you by the entire process in a simple way
What's not so great: Tech support is not that sharp
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This was easy for a first time user. E-filing was simple and I know I will get my refund quickly. This is cheaper than paying a preparer! Thanks, Turbo Tax!

I"ve use turbo tax for ten years or more and i will not use another program, I find it fast, easy and so helpful when i have questions.....I LIKE IT!
What's great about it: There is someone, there to help you always.
What's not so great: It doesn"t automatic save your work.
