Easy Tax Prep, not great community inputs

The easy of filing taxes makes it almost fun (just don't always look at the red number at the top). I was a little disappointed in the amount of activity in the online community and lack of questions being answered. It took a while but i was able to find the solution to my specific problem.
What's great about it: Simple to use and easy to follow
What's not so great: Community did not have a lot of questions answered

Good for Beginners

The only small problem I had:
At first I filed car usage for one of my jobs however then realized I could not use most of the mileage. I went back to remove the car and the software changed the first question to not using a car. However it kept the type and mileage of the car and still added this deduction to my overall refund. I had to completely redo the refund section but finally got it to work.
What's great about it: Easy Step by Step Process
What's not so great: Can be hard to go back and change something
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Best Tax Tool

I have been using TurboTax for many years to do my taxes. I think you do a great job and you provide me the necessary tools to get the job done. Not to many people like doing taxes but I do like using a tool that is easy to use to get jobs done I don't really like doing. Thanks for the help TurboTax. Another sucessful year!!
What's great about it: Everything was short and to the point. Additional link information was availble if necessary.
What's not so great: I can't think of any cons this year. Great Job!

So Easy and quick

I've used Turbo Tax for years... it keeps getting easier and quicker. I love that I just have to put in the information and it arranges the information as required by the irs and prints out all the forms necessary. e-filing is extremely easy.
What's great about it: Do it your way... follow their lead, or go at information your way.
What's not so great: none, it's great

Use of Turbo Tax

very easy to use program, able to download and transfer previous years information, it's deductable very useful for donations, e-file very simple. only concern is the cost of second state download. overall great

Tricky, Scary, The Best Value I Know

I am so scared I've done something illegal, but it still feels like my returns aren't accurate - like there is more I could be claiming. I would like to see an occupational-specific expert to guide me, but of course, I use this because it's cheap.
What's great about it: All in all, it's convenient
What's not so great: I wish I had someone available to walk me through and really tell me what's ok

Impressive - Very Easy to File!

The first time using TurboTax and I am totally impressed with the ease of use and clear instructions. It is by far the easiest program I have used. I write work instructions and procedures for a living and know the challenges of writing a process for all knowledge levels. Great job to all who were involved in the process. Look forward to working with the program next year!
What's great about it: Simple easy to follow instructions from beginning to end.
What's not so great: None on your end. Would have been thrilled with a higher return but that is out of TurboTax's control.
