I've used this software for several years. I like the fact that info is entered from past returns automatically. Saves tons of time!
What's great about it: Walked me right through
What's not so great: Didn't always know what I needed for documentation before I got to the section.

TurboTax is Great!

I am very impressed with the functionality of the program, and will continue using TurboTax in the future.
What's great about it: User friendly and easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: After processing updates, I had to reboot program to resume entries
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

This software is very consistent year over year! Easy to use, excellent performance, and descriptive information to explain each section of income, deductions, and other information. Even my parents can use it, and they are terrified of incorrectly preparing their taxes, and terrified of computer software in general! That tells you the ease of use and completeness of Turbo Tax

Overall, I am familiar with the navigation of TurboTax. The added help icons are a plus.
