Love Turbo Tax!

Enjoy the feature where Turbo Tax will use previous years returns to auto fill information. Saves so much time. Never audited since using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: So user friendly. Step by step instructions are fool proof.
What's not so great: Wish state file was included in price

Easy and Clear

I recommend TurboTax. You do your tax return by yourself and with great guidance. The forms are updated and you can also go back and see your tax return any time.
What's great about it: The step by step process is great! TurboTax's questions about my information allows a good understanding.
What's not so great: None that I can see.

Easy to use and thorough as heck

I've used Turbo Tax for a few years now. It's supremely easy to use, and the contact features (via email, phone, whatever) have been useful too. I like that I can get explanations (clear and simple ones) on anything just by clicking.
What's great about it: Navigation, searching, explanations
What's not so great: None that I can think of

What's not so great: Would like to be able to save partially completed file, then start back where I left off (older versions did this).

Recieve returns faster

When sent in return by mail my state stated they lost the paperwork twice. When I e file this does not happen
