I use the Deluxe Turbo Tax each year because it walks you through every possible deductions that might apply to you. And I love It's Deductible. Another plus-The software imports last year's personal information to the current year.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate through each section.
What's not so great: Extra fee for state e-file

Easy, but some improvements needed

Completing charitable contributions is a little bit of a chore. It wouls be nice if some fields could be copied/pasted to speed up the process. The thoroughness of TurboTax is impressive!!

This experience was great, even for someone that isn't very computer savy! The step-by-step instructions make it "goof-proof!"

busy, busy, success

With a full-time job, children, parents and husband to take care of I need to be able to fit paperwork into the cracks. This makes it easy to fit in the dog walks and the Mom emergencies and still be able to file the FAFSA on time.
What's great about it: easy to leave and come back to without losing your place
What's not so great: having to try to find IRS instructions for energy credits
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It was very easy to use and maneuver through the program. I liked how my return or debt updated as I went through the different sections of the return.

This is a great product. The yearly improvements seem to only DD TO THE EXPERIENCE, WITHOUT TAKING AWAY THE Familiarly of previous versions(years).
What's great about it: multiply views of where the preparer is during the preparation
What's not so great: Error that show up at the end, have aready been inputted
