EZ Return, EZ Refund

My last year info did not transfer. But, I suppose my computer crashing in 2012 may have had something to do with that. I started using this program 10 years ago & I would highly recommend it's use to anyone & everyone I know. This program is by far, better than seeing a tax man. It covers everything I do & more. It doesn't miss a deduction due me.
What's great about it: I love the Fed & State Refund meter on top
What's not so great: For some reason, my last year info did not transfer

I COULD ACTUALLY DO MY TAXES IN MY PJs WITH 3 KIDS, INCLUDING A TODDLER, RUNNING AROUND! THANKS, TURBOTAX FOR MAKING THIS SWEET AND EASY...STRESS FREE FOR THIS MOMMY!!!

Fast and easy

I've used TurboTax for at least 8 years now and it is makes everything so fast and easy. It handles the more common deductions and credits with ease and guides you step-by-step. I've even finally gotten my father to give it a try to help him do his considerably more complicated taxes and he was impressed even without admitting it.
What's great about it: Fast and easy
What's not so great: Long-winded due to tax laws

easy to fill out taxes

If you use TurboTax each year, it uses your previous information to shorten entering your information. I was impressed this year because of the added interaction on entering K-1 form information. It was much easier to fill out this year. I also like the error checking and free e-filing.
What's great about it: Improved ease in filing K-1, error checking, free e-filing
What's not so great: Previous cons corrected in 2012 edition

I have used Turbo-Tax for several years now and am very satisfied. I have tried online services and found them unable to match Turbo. For years I filed my returns the "old fashion way" and was always amazed with how the IRS could make instructions totally incomprehensible. At one point I even used a live tax preparation service. What a mistake that was! I knew more than the accountant. Give Turbo-Tax a try and next years will be even easier.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions. Very Thorough. Much better than trying read IRS instruction sheets.
What's not so great: Have to pay to file state return.
