Easy Refund

Quickly walked me through the information. Easy pop up explanations so I could figure out if it applied to me. Easy to go back and add info or find a form you missed filling out. Done in about 90 minutes total.
What's great about it: Find forms quickly
What's not so great: Had to pay for state refund

I really enjoy all of the effort that Intuit puts into putting together such a quality tax return product.
What's great about it: Like how state taxes are made easier by importing
What's not so great: Had some issue with PA return this year

Wants to sell me more turbo tax applications after i already bought one and was using it. Why can't I fill out 2 state forms without paying for it twice. Not happy!
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Wouldn't let me correct some previous entries when I hadn't filed my state taxes.

Easy and Fast

I've used Turbo Tax for years and it just keeps getting better and better. It is logical and self-policing. At my level of expertise, it helps me turn out a reliable and accurate product. It has never let me kown.
What's great about it: catches errors and won't move on until you make corrections
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Excellent product - easy to understand and file out with confidence
What's not so great: Printing the forms took forever in color on a cannon MP600 printer.
