Ive used turbo tax now for 7 years..............I am impressed at the ease of the navigation through the process. I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate......
What's not so great: None............
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

5th year for using. I like the way it populates from previous years and compares your amounts with last years return.
What's great about it: great notes to guide me thru. easy to navigate the sections and easy to "go back"

I hae been using Turbo Tax 3 years now and I will NEVER do my taxes any oher way. It is easy, quick and so easy to do at home.

I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for 5 years, and I'm shocked that CPAs still have jobs! You're nuts if you're not using TT! So easy to use, and your return processes within days when you e-file! Thanks TT!

Made a tedious task easy

This is a great program for filing taxes. You give it the numbers and it crunches them for you, taking the headache out of it. The explanations are helpful and straightforward, and every link I clicked on was useful. I especially like the ability to save and refer to previous returns, as well as the option to print (or save as a PDF) the various worksheets used.
What's great about it: simple, easy, clear, with helpful explanations and links

I thought TurboTax was great, this was my first year doing my taxes by myself and it was nice. I only wish my refund could have been more.
