this is the third year that I have used turbotax. I always feel uncertain when sending my taxes in because I don't feel like I'm an expert at taxes. However, turbotax does a great job at helping along the way, making the program user friendly, and searching for any mistakes!
What's great about it: user friendly and encouragement along the way
What's not so great: i still felt uncertain about my taxes

Was so quick and easy. Loved that it remembered me from last year and auto filled a lot of personal/work information.
What's great about it: Quick and easy!
What's not so great: Some categories are a bit confusing knowing whether or not you qualify for the refund

this was the second year i used turbo tax and i even had more returns to do for my children and it was fast and easy for them to use.
What's great about it: easy to fill out, can save and come back to finish
What's not so great: confusing when doing business deductions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes refunds a breeze

I've been using this software for over 5 years now. You can't beat it. I can do my taxes in as little as 15 minutes. It's just so easy to use!
What's great about it: Great prompts, easy to navigate
What's not so great: None yet
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

My computer was giving me problems when I tried to e-file. A great person named Sam from Turbotax tried to help me. Sam has infinite patience!
What's great about it: make it so easy for a "non-tax" person like me.

never had a problem - keep coming back as it is an excellent product and value for your money
