I am getting used to TurboTax

Turbo Tax has been my choice for tax preparation for many years. It is always close to the last years return so if I have questions, I can go back to last year and get a hint. It has made some fairly complicated forms easy. And it is not too expensive. Thanks, Turbotax, for serving me with a great product.
What's great about it: Each year's process is close to the last years process.
What's not so great: It is easy on occasion to miss a blank because of layout

used to transfer data better from old returns

had to reenter every charity address this year. I think in the past the versions were seamless.
What's great about it: easy even for complicated returns
What's not so great: again, older versions used to transfer data, eg. charity addresses

I like the way the previous year information is loaded into the new year. The software is fast and thorough. I don't always know what's going on behind the scenes.

This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax. ....it never lets me down. So many resources and reference materials. I have never not found my answer to a tax question.
What's great about it: Walks me through to get the biggest refund

Stress free Task

Turbo Tax gives me the confidence to do this task every year.
I can remember going to the local accountant and alway needing something that I forgot to bring. Now I just start and stop without getting stressed.
