I have been using TurboTax for almost ten years!
I trust their software and their questions cover all the bases.
Updates take awhile, but that may be my internet service.
What's great about it: Covers all the bases
What's not so great: Updates take a long time

Turbo Tax Review

This is probably the 8th year I have used Turbo Tax and I will continue to use it. It is simple to follow and if I do not know the answer I am generally able to find it easily. My only CON is when I want to go back and review something I sometimes had to repeat too many of the steps.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, Detailed Instructions
What's not so great: Navigation seemed tricky at times

Making Life Easy!

I have been a Turbo Tax user for a while now and enjoy filing taxes! It is easy, quick and user friendly while package is affordable as well! Most interestingly, the help options are quite clear and with additional help if needed. Tax filing for many appears to be difficult to many including me who had to pay up uncle Sam, thanks to Intuit - at least the process is less painful ;)
What's great about it: Simple, User friendly and quick!
What's not so great: 1099 INT Bank list is not extensive (ViewPoint Bank not included)
