Turbo Tax - Reporting Your Taxes the Smart Way!

My family has been using TurboTax for several years now. We all agree that the program is very well organized, is comprehensive, and provides opportunity for consultation with staff, and other tax experts. Additionally, the program includes all of the necessary references to sources to obtain any tax form or government information documents that can be used to find answers to any of the more complex tax reporting questions that one might have. In summary, Turbo Tax is a bullet-proof reliable, accurate, user-friendly, up-to-date, and cost effective means one may use to comply with Federal and state government tax reporting requirements. Highly recommended!
What's great about it: The specific step by step guidance makes for a very smooth, stress-free experience.
What's not so great: I can't think of any aspect that I felt could be improved upon.

A lot good, some bad

Will use Turbo Tax again next year.
What's great about it: It apears to be a pretty complete tax package
What's not so great: The K1 section needs work with the multiple boxes, ie T1,T2, etd, especially Boxes 13 and 16. Also form 2210 box 5

Terrific Turbo Tutors

I usually manually figure out my taxes and it is an extremely long process. Most of the time, I don't understand the rules very well, so I skip over those items. With Turbo tax, it explains in layman's terms what it expected, what qualifies and what does not. It takes the guess work out of the whole process.
What's great about it: Succint, but very thorough
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

I used to file my own taxes. The paperwork was tedious and you could hardly cram all of it in an envelope. This is so much easier. There is a margin for error in that you have to enter the wage info yourself. When you used to mail your W2 forms there was no chance for error because the info was already typed for you. As long as you are careful with entering the info you will be okay. This is the only downfall that I have found. Overall I think turbo tax is the way to go. It can find deductions that you might miss and it calculates error free.
What's great about it: Has help features that explains questions
What's not so great: State Tax filing is not free

Fast and Easy

I don't have a complicated return - just employment income and general deductions like taxes, mortgage interest, and charitable contributions. I can fly through the TurboTax program and have my return completed and filed in no time. Just the thing for a girl with more on her calendar than "file your tax return"! Recommend it to everyone.
What's great about it: So easy to click through the returns and fill in the blanks. I can complete my returns in less than a couple of hours.
What's not so great: Can't think of a thing I don't like.
