I love using Turbo Tax. I am in control of my information and like to know how things are going. This is a very helpful program and easy to use. I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and will not change.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Solid Program

Comprehensive program, printing's a problem - many extra pages of gibberish printed at the end of my return. Also, reviewing some of the sections required checking some boxes again. Error messages at the end re: my city return were inaccurate.
What's great about it: Solid program
What's not so great: Printing issues, review issues

Fast, efficient, great deduction finder

I procrastinated to the last 2 weeks to start my taxes even though I bought TT2012 back in January. The program installed seamlessly and quickly on Win8 Pro PC. The import feature works great every year, no hassles. The step by step guide works great and allows me to compare in side by side column to last years entries. It would be nice to see more than 2 years of compare. It was easy to stop and start back up the next day. Great product!
What's great about it: Import of last years info, quick navigation and what if scenarios
What's not so great: Costs for e-file of state, high cost of audit defense

All most let me skip education credit for a full time student.
What's great about it: Federal Return good and easy to follow
What's not so great: State Return was a downer, making less and paying more.
