Turbo Tax continues to be a time saver and sanity check for me at tax time. It helps me to feel good that I am doing things the "right" way......or at least trying my hardest to make them all right.
What's great about it: Easy to use software
What's not so great: Had trouble installing due to .NET incompatability

I really like the fact that Turbotax imports last years info so you don't need to retype it each year. I also like being able to go through the topics on my own and look at the list so I know what I have looked at and what I haven't looked at.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and to go back to review and correct info.
What's not so great: Nothing!

I thought I had e-file back in Feb. only to find out it never was processed and just by luck I checked on Turbotax and realized I had to re-file.
I should have checked here first rather than trying to get help from IRS.
What's great about it: Easy to compelete
What's not so great: e-file not clear

If you have error messages, put a link so user just has to click on it to get to the form to make the correction.
This year I discovered the tab for FORMS...so I looked for the form I needed to correct. I also noticed that there was a little red icon next to the form on the list so I knew that must be the one I needed to correct.
What's great about it: I liked the ease of reporting residential energy credits
What's not so great: Error message said I needed to fix something but I didn't know how to get the form
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
