turbo tax is easy to use

I will continue to use turbo tax but wish they would improve finding even partial files of previous years. I would not go back and find my 2010 taxes either, that would have helped carryover some deductions and IRA values for my 2012 taxes.
What's great about it: normally it carries my last years tax over to this years tax
What's not so great: thhis year it could not find it in my computer because I only saved "review or temp copies to my computer. big mistake.

Turbo tax is super fast and extremely easy to navigate.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes doing your taxes very easy and provides the necessary checks even for people with tax backgrounds.

I am a serious repeat user. Year after Year come back to do it again. Not a task I enjoy, but TT makes it bearable!
What's great about it: Helpful, concise, easy
What's not so great: didn't get an automatic refund :(

What's not so great: App should autosave in case computer shuts down unexpectedly

Quick and SImple

Overall it was simple to complete my taxes. I had a good experience this year and will continue using TurboTax as I have for 10yrs because I know what to expect and how to complete my required taxes.
What's great about it: It walked me through each step of the process.
What's not so great: I've used it for 10 years now and it's got better each year. Last year there were some bugs, but this it was smooth.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
