Great Product

Used Turbo Tax for the last 12 years. Improvements are made each year, it seems, to make the product easier to use. Only one suggestion - better investment screens in the premier package and perhaps - if it could talk?
Other than that - nice :)

Makes taxes easy

I prepared my taxes as soon as received all of my tax forms and then spent less than 2 hours putting them all together and enter them using Turbo Tax. I then was delayed about 2 days waiting for IRS to release new forms. Turbo Tax told me to hold up and wouldn't even file until the forms were released. As soon as the forms were released Turbo Tax told me and I was able to update to get the new forms and I could file. I had to file a form from an estate filing and I tried to make sense out of what to do by reviewing the forms. I couldn't figure it out. But when I used Turbo Tax to enter the information it made it easy to fill out the forms by doing it for me.
What's great about it: Simple and accurate

Great final tax experience

The actual time to do the taxes on this years version of TurboTax was about half the time it required using last year's edition of TurboTax. The only "problem" is that the IRS "Fiscal Cliff" has delayed the release of forms that caused the delay of electronically filing the taxes.
What's great about it: Very easy way to file a complex "retirement" income tax filing for IRS and the State of Ohio.
What's not so great: That I could not file Mansfield, Ohio City Income Tax electronically
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent except for IP PIN entry.
What's great about it: Easy, guides very clearly
What's not so great: The IP PIN section would not allow me to enter in my complete 6 digit pin. I needed to enter one more digit.

Always some bugs

The interview process is thorough, comprehensive and help when needed is usually more than suffiicient. A little weak on State taxes and there are usually some bugs.
What's great about it: Fast, thorough, comprehensive
What's not so great: Small bugs, especially State version
