I use Turbo Tax every year. Most of the time the questions are well worded.
What's great about it: walked thru capital gains well
What's not so great: I have no dependents, so why ask questions that only pertain to dependents?

Turbo tax gets better each year...they obviously listen to us - the end user and make it more inutitive.

Program wouldn't remove a form that wasn't needed.

Great Software

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It's easy to use. It explains everything very well and in very understandable language. You have answers for all questions and it really helps uyou do your taxes. I don't kinow why an individual would ever need to go to a tax person.

I especially like that prior year's information is automatically entered in current year's forms. I like the abllity to import tax information from my financial advisor company.
