I have used TurboTax for 10 years or more - I love it!
What's great about it: populating data from prior year saves a great deal of time
What's not so great: Files should be password protected

Is that really it?

Is that really it? I like the transfer of info from the previous year. Saves time. But I can't help feeling like I'm missing something. Like I didn't totally understand some of the catagories/headings/questions. Or if I really qualify for some of the deductions. Can at times seem a bit confusing.
What's great about it: Transferring previous years info. The flow of questions.
What's not so great: Feeling like I'm missing something.

My refund was delayed

Finalizing the refund was too long. I thought the refund was filed but did not notice that it was not transferred for almost a month.
What's great about it: The software walked me through the process.

Easy to follow instructions. Printing options could be spelled out better to make it easy to just print key forms.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate. Simple to follow.
What's not so great: Schedule K's more of a challenge
