My Super Hero Turbo TAx

My super hero TurboTax is the best tool I've ever come across as it is as easy as 1,2,3.
Even if you've never file a return before you will be amazed of how accurate, and user friendly but best of all, everything is safe.

What's not so great: This will be the first time filling NY state taxes and i had to pay for it. If it can be for free it would have been ama

Simple & Easy

been using turbo tax for 15 years and wouldn't dream of using any other software. It is as quick and easy as the government allows it to be. I trust turbotax and intuit to deliver consistent and correct results
What's great about it: Simple and Easy
What's not so great: none that i can think of, well it isn't free :)

2012 TURBOTax

It gets better and eaiser each year. I had it prepared for 2011 but never again. I used TurboTax in 2009, 2010 and 2012. All of the guess work has been taken away, if you can answer simple questions you can use this soft ware. By the way, the agency that did my tax in 2011 used your product.
What's great about it: It was easy and great!!!!
What's not so great: None-not the first time

Had to file two stae returns partial year resident, had one state reject my return. I called for assistance and experienced the best customer service I believe any company could offer

Have been using turbotax for many years, every year it get easier and better.
What's great about it: taxes done at one sitting
What's not so great: should have a screen print option, not just print forms

Used a Toshiba, Satelite P755 2 years old, on Windows 7.
Technical service was great and solved immediately my frustration over not getting download updates on the first 6 attempts.
What's great about it: Rate to fill info great, previous year fills repeat lines fast, repeat info accurate, easy questions to fill line items.
What's not so great: Had 45 minutes to get updates due to download qlitch at 11:30 PM, loading CD was glitchy, but it eventually loaded.
