Turbo Tax is the way to go!

I would recommend TurboTax to anyone who wants to sit down and just get through the filing process in an easy and efficient manner. They have anticipated a lot of the questions you will have and provide quick answers. They keep a complex process as simple as it can be.
What's great about it: Ease of use, walks you through everything, good explanations, lots of help available
What's not so great: Was not able to retrieve previous year's forms from my Credit Union's site.

Excellent Tax Return Product

TurboTax is simply an excellent product for filing tex return. Software is very well written. User experience is just perfect. Ease of Use.
What's great about it: Best Tax e-Filing Product

I have been using Turbotax for many years and can't understand why anyone would pay someone else to do their taxes.
What's great about it: all laws covered, easy to access answers to questions, walks you through it step-by-step

2012 Sheena's Tax Return review

It was kind of stressfull to do my own tax return, after not doing it for two years since I moved from state of MD to CA.
I stopped using it when we had multiple state income.
I used turbo tax for so many years, when I had to file in one state.
I found it not too complicated, it was just too long and so many questions that did not apply to our return.

Turbo Tax is "Intuitively Easy"

This is my 4th year using Turbo Tax. I have seen improvements each year. This year was the least time consuming for figuring and filing taxes. It is like a tax preparation for Dummies!!!
What's great about it: The latest version is very simple to use .

Overall, not bad for the money

This program made it very easy to enter in information within W2s, even if there were multiple. It also offered explanations for many questions. However, the questions that I was unsure about seemed to not have answers or hints listed. It seemed like the easiest questions to answer had over-explanation and the hardest ones to answer had no explanation whatsoever. Overall, I didn't have much problem using the program, but there were a couple of questions about forms that I had to google the answer to, since I couldn't find it in the turbo tax resources.
What's great about it: Entering W2s and loan interest info was simple
What's not so great: Some questions had no explanation or were confusing
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is a short sweet experience. Got it all done quickly and can forget it now. Just waiting for the refund.
What's great about it: I felt like you were guiding me through the whole process and helped me get all the help I needed.

It Ain't Bad at All

Turbo Tax continues to be my go to app for the joyous event I look forward to each year. Thank you for making it so easy.
What's great about it: Seemed faster than other years
What's not so great: I liked being able to see the form as I went along
