We've used turbotax for at least the past 9 years and love it. No frills, easy to update, and user friendly even for those not so computer literate. With the exception of new computer purchases, my info is saved for the next years return, and that saves time and hassles. Thanks!

Turbo Tax is Turbo Done

Awesome program. Only problems I have after years of use is that (1) some screens are just for show; and (2) you would think that the program could optimize the view to your computer screen shot, making sure all user buttons (like at the screen bottom) stay on screen and in your view. I hate havin to scroll down or slide the screen down a pile of white space just to hit continue...that fix is just a small java programming task....

Great job again Turbo Tax

My wife's business went under last year and I was a bit in the dark which version of Turbo Tax to buy. We no longer have any business details but I think I did fine in my purchase of the Deluxe version.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions for a complicated process.
What's not so great: Long and requires a lot of thought but nothing you can do about that.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Let Turbotax do all for us

We have used Turbotax for our tex return for 15 years including this year. We are happy to see Turbotax add more tools for taxpayers. This year I e-filled all returns and bought Audit Defender to take care any issues for us.

I will use Turbo Tax again and again!

Turbo Tax was easy (as usual.) This was my first time having a problem with the disc but the phone support was very good and reassuring. They sent out a new disc to me right away. In the meantime I did not need to use the new disc because the online update fixed the problem which saved me from having to un-install and re-install the program. I will use turbo tax again and again.
What's great about it: Good phone support
What's not so great: Minor problem with disc and state taxes

Tried other tax products over the years...Turbo Tax has beat them all. Easy to use and understand. I know because I have been using it for over 6 years.
