Love it!

I've been using Turbo tax for many years. I used to do it all by hand. Though I still check the IRS site and browse some publications to be sure I understand what I'm entitled to - Turbo tax has never disappointed me by not having all the appropriate prompts!
What's great about it: prompts you for things you may forget; my version (Deluxe) bundled with 'Its' Deductible' which helped with donations
What's not so great: can't think of one........

Wow! That was easy

Have used Small Business Turbo Tax in the past and felt the instructions and supporting information was better than with the Deluxe version. However, the Deluxe Version met my needs for where I am now. This is my 4th year using Turbo Tax and it won't be the last.

only thing i really don't like is on the summary pages, where it lists EVERYTHING, including all the stuff left blank because it doesn't apply to me. isn't there a way to fix this?
What's great about it: took less time this year, i think
What's not so great: having to slog thru pages of stuff that don't apply

I have used TurboTax for several years now and it seems to get easier every year. The guided step by step entry is foolproof! In the past I have called Customer Service once or twice for specific answers to areas I was working with, but this year I found all my answers just using Find and reading through.
Thanks for a great product, I will be using again next year and oh by the way I got my young adult daughter using TurboTax this year and she loved it!

Turbo Tax makes doing your own taxes extremely simple. What I really like about it is being able to work on my taxes a little at a time and then coming back later to pick up where I left off. The program helped me find all the deductions possible without having to spend a tremendous amount of time. I've been using

TurboTax is the best. It guided me through all of the complications that I have experienced in the past - I didn't have to look in the guide a single time to determine whether something fit into a category or not - it did it all... Thanks for such a positive tax filing experience...
What's great about it: Easy to use; love the guided questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
