Makes the difficult, complex work of filling out and filing a tax return into a reasonable, understandable and somewhat enjoyable task.
What's great about it: Retains and forwards to next year personal, donation, income, and investment details: A built-in checklist.
What's not so great: Needs a diagnostic test to find errors, omissions and inconsistencies.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Better than ever!

I have been usinf TurboTax for many years. Either I suddenly got smarter or the program was made much easier to use.
What's great about it: much easier to use this year.
What's not so great: There should be in the program a way to avoid the state return completely when your address is in a non-income tax state

TAX TIME - UGHHH

A little nerve wracking this year about the mistake in the program. But over all they handled it well. Appreciated the letter I received telling me all was fixed!!!
What's great about it: Makes this time of the year a little more tolerable
What's not so great: When going to the filing stage of preparing, I would like it to be a little clearer.

Wouldn't do it any other way

I've used Turbo tax for years and there's only been one thing along the entire way that I didn't like and they fixed it the next year. It's so easy to use and makes filing taxes a little more bareable. I envision using it for years to come.
What's great about it: easy quick, efficient, reliable
What's not so great: can't think of any

Totally a must have!

I have used this program for years and have loved it. Doing taxes used to be a scary thing that I only thought CPA's could do, but using this program made me feel confident in what I am doing. I recommend this program for everyone and become a part of the process of doing your own taxes!
What's great about it: Walks you through all the steps and makes it very easy for you to put in your information accurately.
What's not so great: If you forget to put something in the blame is only on you.

Have used Turbo Tax for years and this year's software had many improvements and made filing extremely painless. Thank You!! I will use Turbo Tax again next year!
What's great about it: Easier Charity donation seamless
What's not so great: ask for address even if donation under $500
