I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. It is always thorough, complete, and easy to use. This year was no different. I did, though, have difficulty in printing a review copy of my return upon completion. The program kept returning me to the screen asking if I want to print a copy but did not print when I selected that option. Once I selected e-file, I saw an opportunity for printing. It worked fine.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Asked all the appropriate questions.
What's not so great: Printing a copy to review was difficult to navigate.

Easier every year

Filing taxes with Turbo taxes takes less time every year, especially if you have last year's taxes on file. I like the way they download the latest tax information before you start. It gives me confidence that Turbo Tax is up to date and knows what they are doing.
What's great about it: I liked being able to walk through each category, and backing up if you think you missed something.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years and find it to be the best way to prepare and file income taxes.
What's great about it: constant update as data is entered

Excellent product!! I have handwritten or payed to have my taxes filed for years and this has to be the most simple way thus far. There are detailed explanations of every feature and option to choose which made finding extra deductions more simple to find and choose. I'll definitely be using Turbo Tax each year going forward.

Took away the stress of filing the right forms

Have used several years to file for my family. Takes the stress out of getting this chore done. Can work for a while and return at my convenience. Love this feature.
What's great about it: Led me through new changes in my home owner status easily
