I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It has easily taken care of my filing needs. This year had a couple hiccups. Having believed that I had purchased the same product from the past I was unhappy to realize I had only the Federal version and had to pay again for the state version. Then during E-filing my state dowload hiccuped and wanted me to pay again for Efile. The online representative I worked with was able to resolve the situation easily and pain free.
What's great about it: Easy data entry and review
What's not so great: surprised by needing to pay for state download

Putting review & final forms in order was time consuming, but overall results were worth the effort.
First time doing my own in over 10 years- very pleased.
Senior citizen- you made it easy to put it together.
Sure that next year will be even easier.

I can take my time or move through it fast. I was able to get it done in about an hour while dealing with a 13 month old who was hungry and grumpy, a 10-year-old who complained about his math homework and a 6-year-old who wanted to call and ask a friend over. If I can do it, you can do it! (And probably get it done faster!)

What's great about it: Simple step-by-step guide. You can google questions on the side bar and keep working on your taxes. Can take your time!
What's not so great: Sometimes I don't understand the questions. What is a HDHSA? Can be googled, but I'd rather have it in parenthesis.

The tax submission went very smoothly this year. TurboTax was able to identify all the possible conditions that I believe I was entitled and identified some new ones.
What's great about it: Went through all the possible taxes, credit and deductions
What's not so great: Navigation outside the scripted path is difficult.

Love how it carries over from year to year. Wish it would look at our age and give us some suggestions.
What's great about it: Love the easy format to follow. Questions are to the point. Help is always near. Love the explanations.
What's not so great: Having to pay for state.
