Easiest way to go

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and I am convinced that it's the easiest way to go. If you go to someone else to have it done, you still have to do all the prep work. Why not enter that prep work into the computer and be done with it? I've always been happy with my experince.
What's great about it: I like the way Turbo Tax walks you through the process.
What's not so great: There are still some places in the software that don't have a good "user friendly" explanation.

Great Program

Overall great program that I have been using sinc 2005.
What's great about it: A lot less confusion than doing on my own with paper tax forms
What's not so great: Doing the Schedule C I had to go back and enter things on the forms by myself that were not asked.

Feel Confident with TurboTax

Have been using TurboTax for number of years and find it very helpful in completing my tax returns. Wouldn't feel comfortable trying any other software or even taking it to a tax preparer. Great job.
What's great about it: Excellent questions & reminders to visit missed categories.
What's not so great: None - It's getting better every year.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It has consistently been very user friendly and helped me with all forms and deductions.

I WAS ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS BEING ASKED AND COULD ANSWER WITHOUT HAVING TO YELL "WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT NOW!!!" AT MY COMPUTER.
What's great about it: WALKED ME THROUGH EVERY STEP

Overall, very pleased with the product. I have used other tax prep products in the past, but TurboTax has asked spot-on questions and provided extra information when necessary.
What's great about it: Deluxe successfully met our needs again
What's not so great: would like to see forms update as information is loaded
