Good product at a fair price point. Easy to use for simple return.
What's great about it: Easy transfer ffrom 2011 info. Ability to move back and forth from program path to forms.

I have used TurboTax for the last 7 or 8 years and no one could make it as simple as this program is but you.

only took a few hours and got way more than I thought I would have. I will always use turbo tax.

Would have liked a concurrent window to show documents being filled out . Navigation to and from was a little tricky.
What's great about it: clear sequencing
What's not so great: needed more links when questions came up, not just a general description.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using this program for over ten years and have never had a problem with either the Federal or State of California governments regarding my tax returns. Certainly saves many many $$$$$$$$$$$ for tax preparation each year.
What's great about it: You don't have to be a rocket scientist
What's not so great: It doesn't pay your taxes
